Dr. Curtis Case currently serves as the Director of Digital Learning for Millard Public Schools in Omaha, NE. Prior to serving in his current position, he served as an Assistant Principal for 5 years in Millard and 8 years as the Principal of Millard South High School. He has over 25 years of educational experience in several states, urban and rural school districts, private and public schools, K-12, and post secondary institutions.

Mo Canady holds a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University. He is a former Lieutenant with the City of Hoover Police Department in Hoover, Alabama. After a 25 year career, he retired from the Hoover Police Department in 2011. The last twelve years of his career were spent as the supervisor of the School Services Division.

He was appointed as an instructor for the National Association of School Resource Officers in 2001 and a NASRO board member in 2005. He is a past President of the Alabama Association of School Resource Officers.

Chief Randy Burba – provides 32 years of experience in higher education public safety. This includes highly successful leadership in the areas of law enforcement, fire & life safety, emergency management, and threat assessment. Moreover, Randy’s advanced understanding of public policy has afforded him the privileges of working with organizations at all executive levels and leading key policy development, change management, and professional association activities among his previous board service. His service illustrates a broad spectrum that includes serving one of California’s largest private universities, The University of Southern California, for 19 years before transitioning to one of the West’s top ranked institutions, Chapman University in 2005, where he was named Chief of Public Safety.

Robby is the Coordinator of Ed Support Services, Emergency Management for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District (ISD). Robby has worked as a teacher, coach, school administrator and central office staff. He brings in over 12 years of educational experience. He has spoken at numerous conferences regarding school safety including the Campus Safety Conferences (CSC).

John Baker

John Baker

John Baker currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Lancaster Lebanon IU13 Police Department and the Safety and Security Director for the IU13. John’s jurisdiction covers both Lancaster and Lebanon Counties and impacts over 90,000 students and 6,000 staff working in 22 school districts and 150 non-public schools. In addition John provides safety and security consulting to educational and private industry organizations across the Commonwealth and Mid-Atlantic region. John is a frequent speaker at safety and security conferences and organizational meetings. John is a published author, contributing to periodicals and most recently in the completion of a college textbook. John has a BS in Psychologyand is currently working on his graduate work. In addition John is also a board certified protection professional (CPP), Executive Protection Professional (EP) and a specialist certified by the Attorney General’s Office of Florida in designing space that supports positive human behavior (CPTED). John also graduated from the Gavin DeBecker Threat Assessment Institute. John has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement, safety and security and the military.

Randall Atlas is America’s only architect / criminologist. Atlas received his Doctorate of Criminology from Florida State University, a Masters in Architecture from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree from University of South Florida. Atlas is president of Atlas Safety & Security Design Inc., based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a registered architect in Florida, nationally accredited with National Council Architectural Registration Board (N.C.A.R.B.), and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Mr. Hevia served as the Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing of Napco Security Systems Inc. since October 1998 and Vice President of National Sales of Schieffelin and Somerset Company from December 1993 to October 1998.
